PLEASE NOTE:

The State of Ohio allows contributions to candidates for Statewide or
District wide office and provides you with a tax credit for your
contribution. The Ohio Political Contributions Tax Credit (line 55 on
your Ohio IT-1040 tax form) allows you to take a dollar for dollar tax
credit for up to $100 for a married filing jointly return or a $50
credit for a single filer. For example: A contribution to Cliff as a
joint filer for $100 you can reduce the tax you pay the state by $100.

Ohio Elections Law requires contributions of $100 dollars or more per
election cycle to have the following donor information reported; Name,
Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Occupation or Employer. Ohio Law
limits contributions to $11,395 per contributor per election cycle.
Corporate Contributions are prohibited by Law. This committee is not a
charitable organization for federal tax purposes
